Terms of Service

1. The Service

BelloCloud lets you deploy, run, and manage subscription-based commerce applications such as BelloCommerce on managed infrastructure. We handle hosting, updates, and monitoring so your apps stay available. Features may evolve over time.

2. Accounts & Organizations

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
• You must confirm your email address and provide company details before deploying apps.
• You may create one or more organizations and invite team members with specific roles and permissions.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and organizations, including actions by invited members.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Balance

• Apps are offered on subscription plans billed as described at checkout.
• Payments are processed by PayPal or other listed processors; you may also top up an account balance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date from your dashboard.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
• We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply from the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to infrastructure, other customers’ deployments, or data.
• Resell the Service or circumvent usage limits without our written consent.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the platform.

5. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of the data and content processed by the apps you deploy. You grant us the rights needed to host and operate that data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the legality of the data you and your customers process on the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by BelloCloud LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscriptions or delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your deployed apps are stopped and their data deleted after a short grace period.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BelloCloud LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BelloCloud LLC is registered. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
